Luke Nguyen’s Fat Noodle at The Star now operates 24/7   – hospitality

Noodles for breakfast, or even earlier, is now an option at The Star’s Fat Noodle, after the celebrity chef run venue extended its opening hours to 24 hours a day.

It means people can now have Chef Luke Nguyen’s signature Southeast Asian Street menu at any time of day.

The menu features late-night favourites such as 20-hour fat pho noodles, laksa, pad thai, and other comfort dishes. For the morning, specialty breakfast items include corn milk, roasted coconut iced coffee, and the bữa sáng breakfast set with seared wagyu beef, chicken pâté, pork loaf, fried egg, and brioche, served with hot or iced “phin” drip coffee.

Nguyen says the move to 24/7 means Sydneysiders can truly visit “whenever the cravings strike”.

“Food is at the heart of how Sydneysiders connect. Whether it’s a quick late-night meal after work, an early morning bite before the day begins, or sharing dishes with friends into the evening,” says the TV host and cookbook author.

“I wanted to create a space that reflects Sydney’s energy and appetite – a city that never really sleeps deserves a kitchen that doesn’t either,” says Nguyen.

Guests must be 18 and over to visit the casino. For more information visit here.
