The Hub on Hall Street in Bondi is welcoming new openings in time for the summer.
The Hub is a dining and shopping destination located on Hall Street, just a short stroll from the beach.
Henrietta – Esca Group’s Middle Eastern charcoal chicken shop (which also has outposts in Surry Hills and Parramatta) – and Coco and Bean, a boutique dessert retailer, have recently opened at the site. Salumerie, a sandwich shop famed for its loaded sandos and deli classics, is set to open in December.
Toga Executive General Manager Jacob Rolls says The Hub was designed to be more than just a dining and retail destination.
“It’s a community space that reflects the heart and soul of Bondi,” says Rolls.
“We are proud of the mix of venues in The Hub, where locals can connect with every day, while also offering experiences that attract visitors from across Sydney.
“It’s a place where the neighbourhood’s creative, coastal energy truly comes to life.”
Salumerie will join other venues, including Bills, Makuto, Da Orazio, Raw Bar’s sister restaurant Lulu Bondi, Masala theory, Gelato Messina, and Harris Farm, among others.
